The company has invested significantly in both its timber seasoning and processing capacities, whilst also up-rating its marketing capability with an impressive suite of literature and a website. Both marketing tools emphasise the quality nature of Whippletree's English timber and the merchant’s service. The company has also undertaken a direct mail programme aimed at architect’s practices in the region and local building contractors.
